PRODUCTION. Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Being OWN PRODUCTION can control all oil produced, processed and bottled in La Finca Los Palacios (Almagro, Ciudad Real) comes only from olive farm. We made an early harvest in early November, for the olives at their optimum ripeness, provided directly from the tree, cold-grinding by mechanical means only and decantation. All oil thus obtained is subjected to a rigorous analytical control by collaborating laboratories approved.
