PRODUCTION. Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. The Picual oil is of Andalusian origin, adaptation of this strain to the floor of El Carpio is perfect, achieving year on year production of high quality oil. Oil variety characterized by a yellow-green juice from olives with high polyphenol content.

Intense Picual, of great complexity and high persistence in mouth.

On the nose aromas of green leaf, green banana and even peppermint? Crowd on a diverse set identifiers, which make it a very special oil.
