Red mold rice is fermented white rice that contains the fungus Monascus purpureus. During the fermentation of rice, monacolin K is produced: a biologically active substance with many positive properties. This product contains 2.5 mg monacolin K per tablet. Intake of more than 3 mg monacolins per day should be avoided. In addition, Red Yeast Rice & Q10 contains black garlic, which is good for the heart* and helps maintain normal cholesterol levels*.

Application & dosage instructions

1x daily 1 tablet preferably in the evening with a meal with water.

Not suitable for children under the age of 18 and adults over the age of 70.

Not suitable if you wish to have children, are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
