Ashwagandha-Withania somnifera

The main rejuvenating and strengthening plant of Ayurveda. Ashwagandha is an excellent tool for building endurance and strength at a physically demanding lifestyle.

The plant is particularly nourishing for the bones, muscles and tissues and improves strength and flexibility. Ashwagandha increases the energy level, without strong, and has a strengthening effect on the nervous system.

Good combinations:
-For more strength and vitality in men combine with Ayus Forte Man; possibly use in women together with Shatavari or Ayus Forte Woman.

-For good general health and resistance combined with for example Chyavanprash special.

-In case of stress and a hectic lifestyle combine with Brahmi.

General instruction for use: 2 times daily 3 grams (3 ounces = 6 level measuring spoons) with water. Up to 6 grams per day.
