* All our products are guaranteed. We are fully prepared to replace any defective product manufactured before being soldered or installed, the warranty is 15 days from the date of purchase. Valves (Tubes) and batteries are consumables so there is no warranties for this products. TAD tubes (RT series) has their own tube warranty police, that you can check on their website.

We do accept returns as long as they do within the first 15 days after receiving the order, the shipping and handling will be paid by the BUYER. We only refund the value of the products excl. shipping costs. The components that are returned must be in perfect condition and should not be soldered or manipulated. Also be essential to use padded envelopes or other packaging according to the fragility of the goods.

Retroamplis.com in no way be held liable for damage to equipment by the use of components, valves or accessories purchased from our store.

* We can offer advice on the replacement of any component, but it is always best to check with the manufacturer regarding the replacement of some parts.

* If for some reason we ran out of stock on a requested product, or can get it in the short term, we will send what we have on stock and proceed to refund the missing parts.

The product prices are guaranteed until supplies last, although the system allows to add more products to the shopping cart, the price will be respected until the bar reaches stock zero or red level. Although the price usually remains the same, some exceptions may happen.

* Payment and shipping:

Regarding payment and shipping of our products we have a few options

For payments we have one bank account where you can enter the payment of your order, Bank Santander in Spain whose respective account number (IBAN) will be delivered by email upon checkout. You can also find it here
Additionally you can pay directly from your bank account or credit card through the PayPal system. There is a 3.5% fee of the total purchase for PayPal payments. Bank transfer and credit card payments carry no charge.

International transport shipments are made by GLS (mainly for europe), EMS and Registered Post (Correos). If you want to use another shipping method or if you want to go to collect your order in our facilities choose the option "collection" and once quoted the service will send the budget with the total order value.
