Excludes all synthetic products such as herbicides, pesticides, GMOs. Organic standards compliance is checked twice a year by the Bureau Veritas. Night harvest to preserve the flavors of the grapes. The grapes macerate 2 to 3 hours in the press before pressing at low pressure to dissolve a maximum of aromas. It is then clarified naturally at room temperature for 48 h. Alcoholic fermentation occurs between 15 ° and 18 ° C in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks. The raising of the wine continues in vats on fine lees for 4 months. The sulfite rate is lower in 100mg/l.
