B835 - SOLD

This is an antique French house number 42 sign dating from the 1800's. It is made of steel and is hand painted.

It is in good sturdy condition. The paint and steel have distressed and patinated over the last 100 years or so which adds character to this lovely old sign.

It is nice and heavy and of good size. It measures :- 24 cm (9.5 inches) wide x 16 cm (6.25 inches) high.

A lovely old French house sign to add an authentic antique French finishing touch to a door or gate at number 42 and another superb brocante find from La Belle Étoffe!
