This is a superb set of 5 antique French copper and brass kitchen utensils and their hanging rack. They are of superb quality and would be perfectly at home in a professional cuisine.

The hanging rack and the handles of the utensils are made of brass and the working areas of the utensils and the rivets are made of copper. The utensils are of good weight and are lovely to handle. There is a slotted skimmer, a ladle, a fork, a casserole spoon and a sauce spoon.

The set is in good condition. We have polished it and a little patina remains on the pieces but they would polish further if required.

The hanging rail has 2 holes for fixing it to a wall.

Hanging rail - 41.5 cm (16.25 inches) wide.

Skimmer - 41 cm (16 inches) long x 10.5 cm (4.25 inches) wide.

Ladle - 37.5 cm (14.75 inches) long x 9 cm (3.5 inches) wide.

Fork - 40 cm (15.75 inches) long x 3.25 cm (1.25 inches) wide.

Casserole Spoon - 38.5 cm (15.25 inches) long x 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) wide.

Sauce Spoon - 35 cm (13.75 inches) long x 10 cm (4 inches) wide.

This is a fabulous set of utensils for serious use or to hang as a decorative piece in a vintage cuisine.
