This is a charming pair of antique child's shoe lasts dating from the early 1900's.

They are very decorative and would look fabulous as part of a vintage display, perhaps in a vintage clothes or shoe shop.

They were made from wood in the United States by the famous McNichol & Taylor factory and their name is embossed on the instep of each last.

Each last is marked with the size 'IID' and the numbers '535'. The wood is a lovely colour and has fabulous graining. The lasts are weighty little pieces and are rather lovely to handle.

Each last measures 18 cm (7 inches) long x 6.5 cm (2.5 inches) wide.
