B1775 - SOLD

This is a superb vintage Italian miniature chest of drawers dating from the 1950's.  It would be perfect for holding jewellery and would look divine sitting on a dressing table in a château chic boudoir.

It sits on 4 sturdy legs. The top, sides and drawers are embossed with a scrolled design and have gilding and stunning emerald green paint.

There are four drawers each with a cute wooden pull.

The gilding has mellowed over the years and there is a little distressing which just adds atmosphere to this lovely vintage piece. There is an old repair to the top right hand corner which is stable (please see photos).

It measures :- 22 cm (8.7 inches) high x 18 cm (7.1 inches) wide x 10 cm (4 inches) deep.
