This is an exquisite vintage French costume jewellery set comprising a necklace, bracelet and brooch. It is beautifully made in fabulous detail.

The necklace has a hinged pendant with a central amethyst coloured facetted crystal surrounded by tiny faux pearls and set onto a metal filigree background. To either side of this are lilac enamelled leaves and aurora borealis crystals set in little flowers. The pendant is held on a chain made of intricately made oval metal filigree beads in an antique old gold finish. The chain is secured with a spring ring clasp.

The bracelet has a central finding with a design similar to that of the necklace pendant. To either side of this are 2 smaller matching findings linked with rings. The bracelet  is secured with a push in clasp.  Both sides of the clasp have a little flower set with an aurora borealis crystal.

The brooch matches the central finding of the bracelet. When we turn it over to examine the pin we can see the beauty and intricacy of the metal filigree work. The pin has a secure safety catch.

When the necklace is closed it measures :- 18.5 cm (7.25 inches) from the clasp to the top of the pendant & 21 cm (8.25 inches) to the bottom of the pendant.

The bracelet measures :- 18 cm (7 inches) long not including the push in part of the clasp.

The brooch measures :- 4.75 cm ( 1.9 inches) long.

A beautiful set of costume jewellery to wear and enjoy and another divine vintage brocante find from La Belle Étoffe.
