This is a sublime vintage French plaster plaque with 3 adorable cherubs. It is absolutely gorgeous and would look superb in a château chic interior.

The plaque is very substantial and was possibly made in recent years from an antique mould. It is very three dimensional and depicts three winged cherubs each playing a musical instrument. The cherubs are absolutely charming. They have gorgeous feathered wings, curly hair and are delightfully chubby. One is playing the horn, another is beating on a drum and the third is shaking a tambourine. They are surrounded by other musical instruments and the scene is utterly charming.

The plaque has a wooden frame. The plaster and wood are painted with a grey paint which has been perfectly distressed to show hints of the plaster and wood below. The effect is breathtaking!

The plaque measures :-  48 cm (19 inches) wide x 30 cm (11.75 inches) high.
