By placing an order on the 3DWORLDSHOP website you agree to our conditions for delivery and payment, stated here. We have the right to change our terms when we feel it's needed. Please read these to make sure you can agree with our method of working. Don't be afraid for small print or silly conditions. We are just here to get you the 3D products and services you need.
After placing an order you receive your bill automatically through our webshop software. Payment through paypal is possible for every customer. Customers within Europe can also use bank transfer to pay. We will supply you with BIC and IBAN/SWIFT codes to make an easy transfer. After the payment is made, you will receive your order through mail. The buyer is to make sure that there are no extra costs for us involved, for making the payment.
If you receive a bill that is incorrect, or where the contact information is wrong; you must let 3DWORLDSHOP know right away. Incorrect address data is the risk of the customers. Please make sure your address information is up to date all the time. Also, check any information you type, when making an order. We will not be held responsible for incorrect address or order information. When you change address update your profile on 3DWORLDSHOP before making a new order. If you don't know how to update it, let us know and we will do it for you.
For postage you only pay the actual costs. There is no extra charge for handling. Postage charges include VAT. We post all international post - outside The Netherlands - as priority mail. Orders up to 250 grams are sent as letterpost. Everything above 250 grams is sent as package. All packages are sent as 'signed for' mail, PRIORITY and with TRACKING CODE. We use the Dutch TNTPOST for sending all our mail. Every package is sent as International Post Plus. This means the package is sent in priority mail, signed for and insured up to 500 euros within Europe and up to 146 euros outside Europe. Letterpost is not insured. Offcourse we can send your order exactly the way you like. Please contact us by e-mail to place an order that you want to be sent differently from above. We can not be held responsible for packages that arrive late. The delivery time for orders sent differs. However the postal service TNTPOST states that normally all our orders should be delivered within 12 days time, after being sent; worldwide. This does not include Russia, South Africa and Brasil. Mostly postage will be faster, certainly within Europe.
Almost all of our products on offer are in stock in our distribution center in The Netherlands. We post our orders several times a week. Your package - when fully in stock - will normally be be sent within 3 days. This is not a right you can claim, but an important guideline for us. When a product should be out of stock, we will inform the customer and possibly offer him the choice to change his order. We aim to serve you well, so will certainly not keep you waiting for months. We put quality and service first.
Returns - because not satisfied - are to be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will accept returns when the product is not like stated by us. The price of the item, NOT the postage charge is refundable. The shipping costs for returning the item are to be payed by the buyer. The refund will be made after the product is received by 3DWORLDSHOP. NOTE: damaged products are not accepted for return. If an item is damaged during postage to the buyer, then the buyer can contact 3DWORLDSHOP.
