These are amazing colorfulChanel® clips in 24K goldplated metal with colorful glass stones. 

They are from Fall/winter 1991 and the matching necklace was featured in the original boutique catalog (picture added).

They are truly unique, haven't see  these exact ones online anywhere. 

Similar (round) ones were sold for 1600USD.
