Hostas
There is an enormous range of hostas now available to the gardener. We stock just a few, but are always adding new varieties to our list.
They adore deep rich loam which is fairly moist, although they will tolerate a position in the herbaceous border. They are grown for their foliage which varies greatly in colour, shape and size. Flowers are normally white or shades of blue. Plant size is equivalent to a 1 litre pot, knocked out and root washed.
