Categories Tracking Your DeliveryTracking Your DeliveryHow To Track Your Unisa Shoes Delivery You can track the progress of your Unisa Shoes delivery by entering the DPD parcel tracking number into the box on the DPD tracking website at the web address below and then clicking on "next". Your parcel tracking number and despatch date will be shown against your confirmed Unisa Shoes order in your Google Checkout or PayPal account.

Orders are only despatched on normal working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays and the Christmas/New Year period when we are closed (see separate menu item for specific Christmas/New Year closing times and anticipated despatch dates). Parcel tracking information normally appears in the DPD system from c. 6pm on the day of despatch.
Orders received on a working day before 10am are normally despatched on the same day (provided payment has been security checked and fully authorised by Google Checkout or PayPal within this time period) although at peak periods this may take slightly longer.
Orders received after 10am or at weekends/Bank holidays are normally despatched on the next working day.
Delivery is normally on working days within 1 working day of despatch.
If you have not received your order within 4 working days of despatch, and DPD have not left you a postcard to re-arrange delivery, please contact us and we will check or chase the delivery for you.
If you are not in when DPD call they will leave a card and you can arrange for re-delivery or collection. If you do not arrange for re-delivery within 7 days then DPD will return the parcel to us and a second delivery fee will be incurred to re-deliver the parcel to you.
