Problems Checking Out?

Firstly ensure you are actually adding items to your Shopping Basket by clicking on the shopping basket icon        next to the shoe/size you wish to buy. 

Ensure you DO NOT click on the Add to Shopping List text option as this only stores items for selection later (this option will also ask you to register to allow recall of the shopping list later) - it does not actually add them to the basket itself.  

It is NOT necessary to register on our web site to make a purchase as all your details, delivery address etc, will be taken securely by Google or PayPal once you proceed to the Checkout stage (and carry out a once only registration with Google Checkout or PayPal  if you do not already have an account).  Registering on our site only allows you to save shopping lists for review later or to register for our occasional newsletter.

If you have problems with the Checkout process it's usually because of security settings in your web browser (or internet security/antivirus/firewall software) preventing the contents of your shopping basket being passed to the secure Google Checkout or PayPal site for payment processing.

A good first stage to ensure successful transaction processing is to ensure you have an up to date version of your web browser installed as this will have the latest secure transaction facilities built in. 

Older web browsers may not have or support the latest facilities designed to keep your information safe and secure so may fail to connect to the Google Checkout or PayPal payment process.

To use our web site and the Google Checkout and PayPal secure payment processing facility your web browser must:

* Allow Cookies (these temporarily store the contents of your shopping basket and pass them to the payment processing site)

* Allow Java/Javascript (this is the programming language that allows intelligent processing of your payment)

*  Enable SSL 3.0 (this is an up to date version of the Secure Socket Layer protocol that ensures the secure transfer of your data)

*  Support 128 bit  encryption  (Cipher Strength 128 bit)
